Sergio Tommasetti is Trainee Lawyer of LabLaw Studio Legale since June 2023.
He graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II in May 2023.
As an ambitious, diligent and detail-oriented individual, he demonstrates his skills by contributing as a valuable member of a law firm.
During his studies he developed a strong passion for challenges, which led him to choose a career in law.
He graduated with a thesis in Comparative Criminal Law entitles:” Role and perspective of criminal liability in cases of realization of ‘Great Risks’
During his studies he had the opportunity to enrich his training with important experiences that helped to consolidate his choices and to refine his legal skills, working in teams. He actively participated in conferences and sometimes contributed to interviews published in university newspapers such as Ateneapoli.
As a result, he gained a greater belief in his abilities and a deeper understanding of legal dynamics. These experiences provided him with a valuable opportunity to share his ideas in groups, engage in academic debate and develop strong communication skills.
Since 2019, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with the family law firm ʻStudio Associato Tommasetti and Partnersʼ, based in Naples, as a practice associate. During this experience he carried out various activities that allowed him to acquire skills in the legal field.
His work with the firm gave him the opportunity to be in close contact with the lawyers, sometimes attending meetings and contributing to the management of legal matters.
Since July 2023, he has been working as a Trainee Lawyer at Lablaw Studio legale, in the Milan office.
