German, French and Spanish Desks

Established with the aim of consolidating the growth strategy and integration of the competences of the firm, LABLAW has established a German Desk, a pioneering move – being the first German Desk to be established by a specialised Italian employment and labour law boutique.

The German Desk is managed by the Milan office of LABLAW and works to support companies of German origin in Italy and also to further develop the study’s German-speaking clientele.

The German Desk provides advice to German clients on all areas of Italian labour and labour law including contracts, disciplinary procedures, harmonization of workplace policies in different jurisdictions, secondments, company transfers and restructuring, non-compete agreements – including at international level, the protection of company know-how, training for companies in the field of business creation and human resources management in Italy, the management of cross-border projects and litigation defense for foreign companies based in Italy.
