Fabio Previti is a Senior Associate of LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners.
His practice focuses on providing counsel on employment related litigation, the drafting of agency and employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, the qualification of the employment relationship, transfers of business in addition to workplace accidents and illnesses.
Fabio, who advises both national and international clients, in and out of court, previously worked at the Carnelutti, a historical Italian law firm, before joining the LabLaw team.
