Sabrina Sambati is Senior Associate of LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners.

Legal expert with over ten years of experience in the field of labour law and social security, she has collaborated with several firms specialized in consulting and assistance to national and international companies, in the field of labour law, trade unions and social security, managing the activities of legal advice and assistance to companies in labour matters.

He has held institutional positions within bodies of direct collaboration with the Italian Government. In particular, as head of the technical secretariat of the Minister for the South, he has managed, on behalf of the Minister and the Cabinet, numerous issues relating to work, participating in governmental tables for the discussion and resolution of long-standing issues, such as the stabilization of categories of precarious workers, and followed dossiers for the reform of the labor law. He has participated, on behalf of the Minister, in the crisis tables set up at the Ministry of Economic Development and at the regions. He has collaborated with the Legislative Offices of central and regional administrations, in the drafting of legislative texts on employment law.

After graduating in law he obtained a PhD in “Economic Law” at the Department of Economics, Management and Institutions of the University Federico II of Naples, discussing a thesis entitled “The transformations of labor law to overcome the crisis and the development of employment. He also carried out a research stay on “Le traitement en droit du travail de l’entreprise en crise”, in Paris at the Université Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense, Institut de recherches juridiques sur l’entreprise et les relations professionnelles.
