Marco Giangrande has specialised exclusively in Employment and Labour Law since qualifying as a lawyer in 2008.
Marco is a Counsel in the International Practice team and advises clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
This includes advising employers on the handling of Employment Tribunal, Court of Appeal and High Court of Cassation disputes, and a range of workplace issues including discrimination, terminations, disciplinary and grievance processes, contracts and policies, and data protection.
Marco advises domestic and foreign clients in implementing and managing personnel restructuring plans, in dealing with business crisis situations and mass dismissal procedure. He also advises extensively on the operation of TUPE on both business sales and changes to the provision of services.
Marco has gained experience in agency relationships and service contracts, assisting clients in the drafting of contracts and the management of related litigation.
Working with HR professionals, in-house lawyers, directors and managers from organisations of all sizes in the private and third sectors, as well as with individuals, Marco seeks practical solutions tailored to the client’s situation, organisation and needs.
