My duty is to oversee the legal and corporate affairs leading the dedicated national legal advisors and counsels (one for each country) as well as advising at board level about M&A and corporate strategy, corporate governance and corporate structure, transfer pricing and intragroup transactions, treasury management, international commercial transactions, risk management and qualified litigation.
