Francesca Rotondi specializes in all aspects of managing and terminating employment relationships.She provides daily advice and assistance to both national and international companies on a wide range of employment issues, including employment contracts,benefits, incentive schemes, individual and collective transfers, privacy matters, changes in duties or office locations, disciplinary proceedings, transfer and secondment procedures, codes of conduct, ethicspolicies and smart working agreements.
Additionally, she is well versed in industrial relations,European works councils and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements at the national and corporate level.
Currently, Francesca is also on secondment at AutogrillItalia S.p.A., a leading Food & Beverage company in Italy, where she works closely with HR team.
In this capacity, Francesca provides day-to-day consultancy and assistance in labor law and industrial relations, ranging from daily advisory services to representing the company in litigation, including managing the legal HR aspects concerning employees.
Francesca holds a high level of English language certification (C1 Advanced), demonstrating her ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
