Michela Bani is a Partner of LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners and Head of the LabLaw M&A department.
She is the Italian point professional of the L&E Global Alliance and coordinate the activities of the LabLaw French, German and Spanish desks.
She is specialised in labour law and deals with all aspects of personal and organisational matters: from the management of employment relationships to dismissals, from company reorganisations to labour law activities in acquisition, sale and IPO transactions, from the management of executive relationships to collaboration and agency relationships.
She interfaces daily with leading national and international clients and specialises in assisting companies operating in the hotel and fashion industries, to which she offers a problem-solving approach to personnel management and work organisation.
Lawyer Bani joined LabLaw in November 2012, after more than 6 years of experience at Labruna Mazziotti Segni law firm.
Previously, she worked with Lovells and CMS Adonnino Ascoli & Cavasola Scamoni.
