Gloria is Senior Associate of LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners.

Gloria graduated with a thesis entitled: “The Prevention and Protection Service in the Consolidated Text on Safety at Work” with Prof. Mario Napoli at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

Before joining the study, which took place in February 2015, he collaborated with the Tosi & Associati law firm.

He concentrated his professional experience in the field of labor law dealing with consulting and litigation in labor law matters in support of Italian companies in relation to the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, gaining particular experience in disciplinary proceedings, contracts fixed-term contracts, supply contracts, procurement, demotion, transfers and dismissals, individual and collective.
