Pietro Speziale is a Partner of LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners and co-head of LabLaw’s Research Centre.

He has developed a solid experience in the different fields of labour law, providing advice both in and out of court. He has gained experience in collective dismissal procedures and in managing the termination of various employment relationships, also representing clients in trade union negotiations. She assists major clients by providing advice on mobbing, non-competition agreements, workers’ audits, anti-union conduct, change of contract procedures and justification of personnel costs in tenders, transfers of business and branches.

Before joining LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners, he worked with the law firm Hammonds and Rossotto and gained experience with the law firm Speziale.

Since 2011 he has been a Professional Civil Mediator.

Teaching activities

Lawyer Pietro Speziale in 2017 and 2018 has been Tutor of the AGI School of Higher Education in Labour Law, since 2015 he has collaborated with the Chair of Labour Law of the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria and in 2014 he has been lecturer at SSPL of the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria in Labour Law.

He also frequently participates as a lecturer or speaker in courses and conferences on labour law.

In 2006, he was assigned the annual teaching assignment of Labour Law at the University of Messina Faculty of Political Sciences.
