Alessandro Arese is Senior Associate at LabLaw Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners.
He specialises in labour law, dealing in particular with the management of litigation, the drafting of judicial and extrajudicial documents and contracts, as well as advising medium and large companies, also in the context of procedures for staff reduction.
His professional activity is carried out in favour of both companies and private individuals, which allows him to deal with any issue and problem from any perspective.
He also provides advice and assistance in and out of court in civil matters.
Teaching activities
He has worked as a voluntary collaborator at the School of Specialisation of Legal Professions at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, dealing in particular with the identification of case studies and the preparation of opinions and acts in the field of Employment Law.
